Hotel Club Tisza***

-Air-conditioning: Every hotel room is equipped with an air-conditioner. To control and set the temperature, use the thermostat on the wall according to the user instructions next to it. For the air-conditioning, please, put the key card into the cardholder which is next to the door. We would like to inform you that if the window is opened, the air-conditioner doesn’t work.

-Bathrobe: In the wardrobe, you will find the robe. Please leave it in the room upon departure.

-Bed linen: We change the bedding every 3 days. If you have other preferences, please enquire at the reception desk.

-Bible: You can find it on the chest of drawer.

-Blanket: The extra blanket is placed in the wardrobe.

-Cleaning: Our House Keeping staff cleans the room every day. If you have any other claims, mention them at the Reception, please.

-Digital clock: There is a digital clock in the room which has an alarm-clock function, too. If you wish to set the alarm clock, please, ask for the receptionist’s help.

-Electricity: To switch the electricity on, put the key card into the cardholder next to the door, please.

-Heating: To control and set the temperature, use the thermostat on the wall according to the user instructions next to it. For the heating, put the key card into the cardholder which is next to the door, please.

-Hairdryer: The hairdryer is part of the equipments of the room.

-Internet: There is internet access in the room which you can use through WIFI. The WIFI is free, there isn’t a password so you can connect to it automatically.

-Refrigerator: Mineral water in the fridge of the room is included in the room rate. Enjoy!

-Security lock: The room door closes automatically therefore we would like to ask you not to try to set it from inside. The door only can be opened with a key card from outside.

-Slippers: Are found in the wardrobe.

-Telephone: Our switchboard allows you to call our in-house departments by direct dialling. You will find instructions on how to use the telephone and a list of telephone numbers on a separate page in the information folder.

-Toiletries: The bathroom tools are filled up with shower gel and liquid soap..-Towels: You can find the towels put on the beds. Depending on personal claims, we can change them every day. If you want a fresh towel, please, leave it on the floor

-TV channels: To make inquiries about the available channels in Hungarian and foreign languages, press the button „INFO” on the remote control, please.

-Washing and cleaning: We can do your laundry, please place your laundry in the laundry bag in the room and leave the bag at the reception. If you would like to receive your laundry the same day, please make an appointment with a reception in the morning. This service is available from Monday to Friday.

-Baby cot: Baby cots are available on request for guests with children under 3 years old.

-Baby bath: Ask at the reception.

-Bike rental: If you would like to rent a bike, please contact the reception for more information.

-Check-in: The room can be used from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

-Check-out: Please bring your room card with you till 10.00 a.m. to check out at the reception. We can arrange an extended check-out which is subject to availability (check-out after 10.00 a.m.) for a fee as follows: 4.500 HUF/person for check-out between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.

-Conditioning room: Our fitness room has professional equipment for your workout. Please ask the reception for assistance in using the machines. The machines - are FORBIDDEN for children under 12 years, and for children between 12 and 18 years of age - are only available under parental supervision. The use of the equipment is at everyone's own risk.

The gym is available to all for a fee (1.500 HUF/person/person) according to the posted rules. Opening hours: Monday - Sunday: 7.00 am to 10.00 pm.

-Diaper bin: Ask at the reception.

-Doctors: If you need a doctor, please contact the reception immediately. The nearest emergency medical service is at Tiszakécske. In case of emergency call 1830.

-Electric charging station: Free electric charging station is found next to Hotel Club Tisza***.

-First aid: All reception and swimming pool staff is first aid qualified.

-Information materials: Program guides, leaflets, etc. are available at the reception.

-Iron and ironing board: If you wish to use these facilities, please let the reception know.

-IT assistance, office services: Please, ask the reception.

-Kids' corner - board games: The kids' corner in the lounge offers children a chance to spend some quality time together. The games are free to use.

-Lost property: Please call the reception for lost properties. Lost belongings will be kept for 3 months.

-Luggage storage: Luggage can be stored free of charge in the hotel's luggage room.

-Microwave: Microwave ovens are available in the hotel's kitchenette free of charge.

-Phone charger: If you need a mobile phone charger, you can request one free of charge at the reception.

-Refrigerator: A fridge is provided free of charge in the hotel's kitchenette.

-Safe: A central safe is located at the reception, where guests' valuable belongings can be deposited upon request.

-Sewing kit: Sewing kits are available upon request at the reception.

-Shoe cleaning kit: Shoe cleaning kit is available upon request at the reception.

-Sports and games (air hockey, billiards, foosball, soccer ball, mini golf, darts): You can request the necessary sports and games equipment at the reception. Furthermore, a giant chess game is available outside.

-Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shaving kits: are available at the reception upon request!

-Timetable information: Ask at the reception.

-Compensation: In case of damage caused by negligence or damage caused intentionally, the offender has to pay compensation.

-Emergency exit, escape route: According to the escape route in the room.

-Language knowledge: The Reception staff speaks more (English, German) foreign languages.

-Parking: You can park your car free of charge at the designated parking place.

-Pets: We would like to call our guest’s attention that taking any pet into the building is strictly prohibited.

-Possibilities of payment: in cash HUF, by bank card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro), SZÉP card.

-Smoking: In terms of the XLII. law of the protection of the nonsmokers of 1999. the Hotel Club Tisza*** is a non-smoking institution. The rooms of the building are equipped with smoke sensors. You can smoke only outside of the building in the designated smoking areas.

-Rules of the house: We would like to ask you to keep the other guests peace in respect and not to disturb them with a loud noise. Pay attention to it particularly after 10.00 p.m., please.

• Written acceptance of the quotation is required to confirm the booking, which will be answered by e-mail.
• Within 7 calendar days after the confirmation of the reservation, please pay 50% of the total amount of the reservation in advance. If required, our guests have the possibility to pay the full amount of the reservation in advance.

The amount of the reservation fee in excess of the deposit is payable at the hotel.

You can choose from the following payment methods at the hotel:

• Cash (only in Hungarian HUF)

The Customer must always notify the Hotel of cancellation in writing, which may also be done by e-mail.

Cancellation of services ordered may be made up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty. Between the 29th and the 14th day prior to arrival, the reservation may be modified once. Between the 13th and the 2nd day before arrival, the arrival date of the reservation cannot be changed and the penalty for cancellation is 50% of the reservation fee.

Cancellation or no-show before and on the day of arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the booking amount.

In the event that the Customer arrives later or leaves earlier than the confirmed time of stay, the Customer shall pay the full amount of the reservation fee for the booked period.

Opening hours: Monday - Friday: 3.00 p.m.-10.00 p.m., Saturday - Sunday: 10.00 a.m.-10.00 p.m.

The wellness area offers a comfortable relaxation, replaced by an adventure pool (33 °C) with a whirlpool bed, a standing buzzer with water and air pressure, a waist, calf and foot massage. The sauna house in our wellness area is also a place for physical and mental relaxation, with a steam room, infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, plunge pool and a cold-warm water Kneipp pool.

To use the wellness area, you can obtain a free wellness and sauna towel from the pool attendant, which you must leave at the pool when you leave the wellness area.

The Tisza Restaurant is open in winter every day between 7.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m. and in summer between 7.00 a.m. and 9.00 p.m. In case of any change, the receptionist informs you about them.

-Buffet breakfast: The breakfast of the following day is included in the price. The breakfast time is from 7.00 a.m. until 10.00 a.m.

-Half-board: The price of the accommodation includes a buffet breakfast the next day and a buffet dinner. Dinner is served from 6.00 p.m. until the restaurant closes.

-Daily menu: If you would like to have a daily menu lunch, please ask it on the previous day at the reception. You can have lunch from 12.00 a.m. until 2.00 p.m. .

-à la carte meals: You have the opportunity to have à la carte meals. The Tisza Restaurant’s menu offers tasty dishes which are prepared with vegetables are grown in the Bio Garden of the Népfőiskola Alapítvány and are processed at the Fruit and Vegetable Processing of the Népfőiskola Alapítvány. You can order your meal at least half an hour before the restaurant closes.

-Buffet service: There are coffee, tea, mineral water, soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, snacks, and a varied supply of ice creams in the buffet.
