House Rules - Tavirózsa Apartment

We will do our utmost to ensure your enjoyable and uninterrupted holiday, so please take note of and comply with the following:

 

  • All guests over the age of 18 staying at the accommodation are subject to a tourist tax of HUF 300 per person per night.
  • In order to use the accommodation service or before handing over the keys, the guest fills in a registration form and, for the purpose of data collection, the guest agrees to hand over his/her personal documents (passport or identity card, address card) to the receptionist. The accommodation price is payable at check-in.
  • Accommodation is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out time is 10:00 on the day of departure. The key to Tavirózsa Apartment must be handed in at the reception desk of Hotel Club Tisza.
  • Only guests registered at the reception can stay at Tavirózsa Apartment.
  • Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or other person of legal capacity authorised by the parent or parent.
  • Pets are not allowed on the property.
  • Damage caused negligently or intentionally will be compensated by the accommodation provider to the person who caused the damage.
  • We kindly ask our guests to report any malfunctions at the reception desk of Hotel Club Tisza without delay.
  • The property has a WI-FI system, which is free of charge.
  • Smoking is forbidden in Tavirózsa Apartment. Guests who smoke are kindly requested to use the designated smoking areas.
  • The Foundation provides free parking for the guests in the Tavirózsa Apartment. The parking is not guarded and not covered.
  • Please be respectful and do not disturb the residents and/or other resort guests in the vicinity of the Tavirózsa Apartment by being noisy. Please be aware of this especially after 22:00.
  • If the guest falls ill while using the accommodation service and is unable to do so, the accommodation will offer medical assistance. Guests use the offered medical assistance, ambulance call at their own risk and responsibility.
  • Please hand in your lost property to the reception of Hotel Club Tisza, where it will be registered. Items suitable for storage will be kept by the hotel for 3 months.
  • The Foundation and the accommodation shall not be liable for any damage to the guest's belongings in the rooms.
  • In the case of possible troubleshooting at the property, please stay for the duration of the troubleshooting. If the maintenance person has to carry out the repair when the guest is not in the accommodation, he/she does so at his/her own risk.
  • Guests are requested to stay at the property for the duration of the agreed cleaning period. If the cleaning has to be done when the guest is not staying at the accommodation, he/she does it at his/her own risk.
  • The guest uses the equipment and other services of the accommodation as intended, in full knowledge of his/her health, physical and mental condition, at his/her own risk, therefore the accommodation excludes its liability for damages resulting from the use of the equipment and other services of the accommodation not as intended or not in accordance with the actual health, physical and mental condition of the guest.
  • The accommodation shall provide information about the guest's present, past or future stay at the accommodation to third parties, including the guest's close relatives, only with the guest's prior written consent. This information ban does not apply to requests made under the law.
  • In order to ensure the safety of guests and the Foundation's property and staff, a 24-hour reception service is in operation throughout the Foundation's premises (6065 Lakitelek, Felsőalpár 3.), and a closed-circuit camera system is in operation in some areas, which continuously records video 24 hours a day.
  • In the event of fire and evacuation, the guest must follow the instructions of the staff member(s) or firefighter on site.
  • In case of fire or any indication of fire, the guest must immediately inform the reception of Hotel Club Tisza.

 

The following items are not allowed on the premises:

- things classified in current legislation as corrosive, flammable chemicals or substances,

- materials classified as flammable and/or explosive under the legislation in force,

- a particularly expensive, valuable object of great value, a museum object,

- fireworks, firecrackers, their parts and components,

- waste, harmful to the environment, harmful to health,

- psychotropic substances

- a weapon or an object that constitutes a weapon, except by special prior agreement.
