House rules Kincsem Fogadó

We leave no stone unturned in order to your joyful and undisturbed rest, therefore we ask you to acknowledge and keep the following rules:

 

  • In the hotel, every accomodated person over 18 years impose a tourist tax, which costs 500 HUF/person/night.
  • During the check-in to the hotel, guests have to complete a registration form, afterwards they receive a room key. The payment of the accomodation charge take place simultaneously with the check-in.
  • At the day of arrival, the hotel room is available from 2:00 p.m. .
  • At the day of departure, we ask you to leave the room until 10:00 a.m., furthermore leave the room key and settle the room account at the reception of Hotel Club Tisza***, please.
  • We call our guests’s attention, only the registrated guests can stay in the hotel rooms. Welcome your visitors in the hall, please.
  • Guests under 14 years can use the hotel’s services just accompanied by their parent or by an able to act person asked by the child’s parent.
  • The buffet breakfast is included in the room price. Guests can have breakfast between 7:00 and 10:00 a.m. in the restaurant.
  • It is allowed to bring any pet to the hotel’s territory for fee.
  • We ask our guests to keep the general dressing rules.
  • The hotel obliges the perpetrator to pay compensation for damages caused intentionally or contributory negligence.
  • We ask our guests to signal immediately all kinds of fault of the room at the reception, please.
  • WI-FI system works in the hotel which use is free.
  • Telephone calls within the hotel are free.
  • The use of the external phone line is subject to fees. The hotel charges the costs of the call automatically to the room account according to the phone company’s tariffs.
  • Smoking is forbidden in every hotel room. We ask our smoking guests to smoke at the designated smoking areas, please.
  • The House Keeping staff cleans the hotel rooms between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. .
  • To signal to the hotel staff not to disturb, guests can put the „Please do not disturb!” warning board (placed in the room) to the door-handle.
  • To signal the clean demand, guests can put the „Please clean my room!” warning board (placed in the room) to the door-handle.
  • The Foundation provide free parking to its accomodated guests. In front of the main entrance of the Kincsem Fogadó, guests can park only 10 minutes at the term of arrival because of security causes. The parking place is not guarded and it is not covered by roof.
  • We aks our guests to have respect for and not to disturb our other guests’s rest and calm with loud noise, especially after 10:00 p.m. please.
  • In case of getting ill during the stay in the hotel, the accomodation’s staff offer medical help/call if the guest can not do it her/himself. The guest accept the help and the ring for an ambulance on her/his own responsibility and risk.
  • Give the founded objects to the Reception, please, where the staff record them. The hotel preserve the things until 3 months which capable for storage.
  • The Foundation and the hotel are not resposible for the damages of the guest’s things brough with them to the hotel. Guests can ask placing of their great valued securities, bonds or valuables in the Reception’s safe. Just in case of that occasion the Foundation is obliged to pay compensation for caused damage.
  • In case of repairing of the trouble in the hotel rooms, we ask our guests to stay at the room during the repairing, please. If the maintenance man have to repair the trouble in that way the guest do not stay in the room, the guest do it for her/his own responsibility.
  • We ask our guests to stay in the hotel room during the daily cleaning. If the House Keeping staff have to clean the room in such a way that the guest do not stay in the room, the guest do it for her/his own responsibility.
  • Guests use properly the hotel’s equipments, furnitures, wellness and other services in conscious and knowledge of their own state of physical and mental health and for their own responsibility. The hotel preclude the responsibility of caused damage because of the not proper use or the misjudge of guests’s knowledge of their own state of physical and mental health.
  • The hotel does not provide information from the guest’s actual, recent and future stay to third person, including close relatives, just in case the guest’s previous written authorization. This information prohibition do not refer to the request on the evidence of the law.
  • On the whole territory of the Foundation, in order to guests’s and the Foundation’s property and personal security, 24 hours gate keeping service works. Futhermore, in certain areas, closed camera system works, too, which records everything on videotape continuously, 24 hours a day.
  • In case of fire or evacuation, guests are obliged to keep the escape route placed in the hotel, on the corridor, in the whole building. Moreover, they are obliged to keep the instruction of the hotel staff or of the fireman.
  • If guests notice fire or a signal refers to fire, they are obliged to inform the hotel’s Reception without delay.

It is mustn’t to bring to the hotel’s territory the following things:

- qualified to corrosive, inflammable chemicals and materials by the current legislations

- qualified to highly inflammable and/or explosive things by the current legislations

- especially expensive, great valuables, museum pieces

- fireworks, petard, components and parts of these

- waste materials, unhealthy and environmentally harmful things

- psychotropic materials

- weapons and things qualified to weapon except with previous agreed permit
