Check-in for the purpose of staying at the campsite assumes that our guests are aware of the rules of our policy and  they consider its content obligatory.

Our policy is intended to serve the undisturbed rest and pleasant time of the campsite guests.

1. The stay at the Avarok campsite starts with a (mandatory) check-in at the reception from 14.00 p.m. where they are required to present their travel documents and hand them over to the receptionist. The reception is open from 7.15 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. each day. Our guests are obliged to specify all the required services and to check the correctness of their recording. Any changes must be reported immediately (departure of the person, services not used, etc.). The parking ticket / entrance card (used for entry/exit, pool area), beach armband (entrance to the Gabriella Spa and Bath) are personal and non-transferable and must be presented at entry, exit and inspection. Please keep them, as they must be handed at the reception upon departure, as it is the basis of the invoice.

On the day of departure, the campsite must be vacated by 10.00 the latest. The campsite may charge an additional fee if you leave beyond this date. (Total cost of 1 day.)

When paying, please note the opening hours of the reception.

Payment at check-out is usual, but the campsite may differ from this, by requesting an advance payment of fees. The guest is obliged to pay for all the services used, the amount will be charged at the reception. In case you cancel a previously paid service on the spot, it is non refundable unfortunately.

2. Before checking-in, all campers have the right to look around the provided area. The designation of the campsite is the exclusive right of the campsite staff. Apart from the designated location, no other space can be used. The pre-booked accommodation cannot be transferred to another person.

In the case of a parceled area, only the area of ​​the parcel can be occupied. No other area than the assigned place can be used, not even temporarily.  Guests can park their car on their own plot for a fee only. In a normal location, only one residential unit is allowed to be set up. All additional housing units - above a caravan + vehicle, a tent + vehicle or a motorhome – are charged as additional fee.

For guests arriving in the late hours, Hotel Club Tisza staff will arrange a temporary spot after presenting their travel documents.

3. In our campsite we gradually pay attention to the protection of the environment and vegetation. PVC cover film is not allowed to place under tents or pre-tents. It is strictly forbidden to drive nails into trees, cut branches, pour food leftover, contaminants on grass, trees, bushes, hedges. It is forbidden to fasten the ropes of the (pre) tents to trees and hedges. Digging trenches and pits is not allowed even temporarily.

Waste and rubbish can only be disposed in assigned collectors. The containers are labeled according to selective waste collection therefore no other material is allowed to be placed in them. Extremely toxic dry items are required to be handed at the reception. It is forbidden to leave used batteries of a car or other vehicle in the campsite. If you notice an oil or petrol leak from your vehicle, please inform the reception immediately.

Guests are kindly requested to think of the following campers and leave the campsite clean before the departure.

In all cases, please use water sparingly and make your children aware of it as well. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to wash cars, caravans and camping equipment in the campsite!

4. Afternoon rest: 13.00 p.m.-15.00 p.m. Night rest: 22.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m.

Activities that may interfere with the recreation of others can not be carried out during that period.

Further information in connection with the above mentioned rules can be requested at the campsite reception.

It is strictly forbidden to start or use a vehicle during this period, the gates are closed. The campsite may release the restriction in exceptional cases. In case of early departure, it is FORBIDDEN to make noise before 6.00 a.m! For peace of mind and relaxation, the use of motor vehicles in the campsite is only allowed on the direct road from the entrance to the campsite. The maximum traffic speed can be 5 km / h. It is forbidden to use a vehicle for other purposes in the campsite

5. Young children may stay at the campsite with parental or kinship supervision only. Parents or their companions are responsible for children's behavior. Please accompany your children to the services of the entire Hungarikum Park. We cannot take parental responsibility for children.

The common areas can be used by children with parental supervision only. Parents are kindly asked to accompany their children to wash, shower or to use the toilet! Make sure of right use of the equipments and their cleanliness.

6. We expect the following from campers:

6.1. All guests must check in at reception.

6.2. Dishwashing and washing tasks, cleaning kitchen utensils and kitchen operations must be carried out in the assigned area only.

6.3. It is allowed to light fire and use grill equipment only in the assigned place, in compliance with the fire regulations and with the prior permission of the campsite manager. Please use your grill equipment with extreme caution only in conditions that do not disturb others.

6.4. The buildings and equipment of the campsite must be used as intended by everyone. Buildings, rooms, fixtures and fittings may only be used during the opening hours allotted to them, access to such places is prohibited at other time.

6.5. We kindly ask our guests to report the detected deficiencies and errors at the time of detection.

6.6. Any infectious disease or suspicion thereof must be reported to the campsite manager.

6.7. Please return the found items at the reception.

6.8. The electric current is 10 / kW / night / plot. All guests can use one power connection, in case we notice that they are using more than one connector, a double power fee may be charged.

6.9. Gas cylinders may be operated via a standard pressure regulator only so as not to cause any damage to the environment. Bottles larger than 33 kg must not be operated in the caravan.

6.10 We kindly ask our guests to inform the accommodation provider about the use of pyrotechnic devices (cake fireworks, fireworks, torches, gas flame elements, sparklers etc.) when booking, otherwise we will not be able to allow their use!

7. It is strictly forbidden in the campsite:

7.1 Violation of the usual policy and unwritten rules of camping.

7.2 Disturbance of the quiet rest at night, violation of the ban on the use of vehicles.

7.3 It is forbidden to bring into the campsite objects that endanger the physical integrity of others, may disturb their rest or public taste. It is forbidden to place flags, badges, or other objects that could result in violation by certain nations or individuals.

7.4 Any unauthorized technical intervention in the campsite's equipment and facilities.

8. Use of Gabriella Spa and Bath: bathers may use the beach at their own responsibility during opening hours. Night bathing is strictly forbidden! For other cases, there is a spa policy at reception

9. Protection of property, liability: The campsite takes no responsibility for any damage caused to the guest's property or for the disappearance of items left unattended. The guest is obliged to use the campsite equipment and fixtures as intended. The guest is liable for damages caused by these. The campsite is not responsible for any damage caused to third parties. The campsite is not liable for elemental and storm damage (hail, fall, fall branches), fire, infections, damage or terrorist damage. The fire extinguisher is placed at a clearly visible place on the building. Its location is marked with a standard pictogram. General emergency number: 112

10. Special provisions due to the COVID-19 epidemic:

The primary route of transmission of coronavirus infection among humans, similarly to the spread of influenza and other respiratory pathogens, is droplet infection. When an infected person coughs or sneezes, he or she becomes infected through the saliva droplets and respiratory secretion droplets that contain the virus. The most common symptoms of the disease are fever, chills, dry cough, shortness of breath. Sore throat, muscle aches, nasal congestion, runny nose and fatigue may also occur. If you experience these symptoms on yourself or on a partner who comes with you, please report them immediately to the campsite manager at one of the campsite contact details (phone: 76/549-054, e-mail: kemping@nepfolakitelek.hu)!

The campsite staff is obliged to make the necessary official reports in accordance with the relevant legislation. The management of the campsite may revoke the guest's and / or those accompanying the guest's right to stay at the campsite in order to preserve the health of the other guests.

In order to create and maintain safe operating conditions, access to certain services and the capacity of the campsite may be limited by the management of the campsite.

It is important for the recreation of you and other guests to assure the followings:

- Pay close attention to personal hygiene.

- The most effective way to prevent infection is to wash your hands frequently and thoroughly with soap and / or hand sanitizer.

- Observe the posted information on site and follow the regulations.

- Keep a safe distance of at least 1.5 meters.

- Use a mask indoors to protect yourself and others.

- Maintain the correct safety distance in water blocks and other service rooms (eg communal kitchen, fireplace, etc.).

11. Other provisions:

The guests can report complaints to the campsite manager. Violators of the campsite policy may have their residence permit revoked by the campsite manager and may be instructed to leave the campsite immediately. Népfőiskola Foundation may take official action against a guest who refuses to leave the campsite.
